The Windows 11 22H2 forced account log on, doing installation, can be bypassed using shift+f10 for commandoprompt, at the logon screen.

Type C:\Windows\System32>ncpa.cpl and disable internet (or just pull the plug if that's easiest)

Then type C:\Windows\System32>oobe\bypassnro.

It will then reconfigure and give you the option to log on with an offline account instead...:steamfacepalm:
