This is the world, it's out of control.

We've gained some more time, and fixed some of the previous issues. Here are some new rules we will implement for the restart.


New Rules:
Learn from the mistakes of other tiers. (Like the retarded “The Great War Tier”)

Limit three posts per nation per day.
No unnecessary announcements.
Respect other members and Admins.
If there is a problem talk to an admin do not spam announcements.
Movement: Each square on the movement map equals 2 RL days.
1 year=1 RL week


Casus Belli:
Takes 2 RL days before a declaration of war can be announced.
A nation on the attack needs justification.
Examples:
Cultural Annexation - Must have same culture.
Cut Down to Size - Must be largest nation bordering you.
Free Ethnic Group - Must border oppressed ethnic group.
Make Puppet - Must be bordering uncivilized nation.
Conquest - Must survive one week w/o successful rebellion, and or attacks from an ally of the attacked nation to regain power for successful annexation.


Economics:
All economy details must be approved and MUST be posted on the nations group page.
Nations starting balance will be decided later by the admins.
There will be a decrease in nations balance with the making of armies and navies
Trade with an ACTIVE nation will bring in 3k every 3 RL days.
Nations will start out with a set number of factories to be decided by the admins. Factories will cost 8k each and will bring in 1k each day.
Army/Navy:
For every 1,000 men it will cost 1k, for regular army. For every 1000 militia men it will cost $500. For 1 Elite Unit it will cost 3k.
122- gun Ship of the Line: 10k, 38-gun Frigate: 3k, Brig: 1k, Corvette: 1k, Rocket Ship: 1k, Sloop 1k.
1 Army (At least 10k men)= $2,500 in upkeep, 1 Navy (At least 10 ships)= 3k in upkeep
1k men=1 unit in Napoleon Total War
Peacetime armies take 1 year to finish. Wartime armies take half a year. If you mobilize (which can only be done after you have announced a declaration of war, or if a nation has declared war on your nation), you automatically get a regular army of 30k men.

Balance: 50,000

Factories (x2): +2,000 each day
Trade(x3 Nations): +9,000 every 3 days

Army Upkeep (x2): -5,000 each year
Navy Upkeep (x2): -6,000 each year

Total Annual Income: 0

So that means this poor bastard need to build more factories and trade with more nations.

Keep relations with other nations close to historically accurate, but I will allow leeway. Obviously Britian-France-Germany can not all form an alliance with eachother. Germany-Switzerland however, while not accurate, is acceptable.
