Feel we may need to re-think the league. Change it to 2 groups of 4 to reduce the number of fixtures as at the very best the current system would have taken 14 weeks...

Mint, do you want my spot? If not, I'd still see the thing to the end since I signed up for it (and I'm a man of my word) but I'm not gonna lie, I was a little surprised how long the tournament is going to take. I suppose I was expecting a single-elimination, March-Madness-style tournament...

Anyway, if you really want the spot, it's yours. I'll just sign up for another one later when life's less busy.

Ye sure Mint. I do have a fixture list for ten competitors, would just need to change some names around. So if someone else comes forward and no one has started their games then we could hit reset. Preferably we would have a drop out as it has taken a while to get this going!!! :p

I see I'm a day too late for the league. If anyone withdraws from the league (or is a no-show) before the first round ends, can I please be entered into the tournament, getting their spots in the schedule?

Hello all. I also found out about this group from the thread. I'd be happy to join in on some league play if you all are still taking new players. I'm very dependable with PBEM-style games and I'd be on to take turns every day if need be.

We tried a mini tournament which fell short due to a few inactive participants, but if we managed to gather the active members then I'm sure we could get a pretty handy league going. I will start mulling over structures and speadheets. :)

@Steffan--there were a couple of us on an alternate thread discussing forming an MP league . . . I found your network and let them know about what you've got. Looking good! Anyway, I'm willing to help out and/or field a team if you're looking to expand.

Right. The developers won't be implementing MP leagues in-game. If we wanted to we would have to work it out ourselves, which is very doable. It would require the participants to be active though, unlike what we've seen with the mini tournament... Let me know if you are keen. Thanks
