About The Elders:

Welcome to the community of the Elders guild (Rift).
Originally founded in LOTRO, The Elders have been playing Rift from launch.
And are located on the Argent RP (EU) shard (server).

We are a guild of oldies, with a average player age of 40.
We only accept players of over 21 years of age, with a mature attitude.

Our philosophy on gaming is: real life comes first. Our guild-members have lives and families outside of the game, and sometimes have to drop everything in the middle of an instance. We understand this and encourage a healthy game/life balance.

The guild is a home for all types of players; we enjoy raiding, running instances, levelling and sometimes role-playing or PvP, although the majority of our scheduled events are raids. Those of us who do raid aim to raid at the highest level, although we would not describe ourselves as 'hard-core'.

Although Argent is an RP shard, we are not your typical RP guild. Nowadays we roleplay only occasionally, but the community on Argent is so much more mature and pleasant we don't want to leave. Because we are on an RP shard, it's appreciated if your character name obliges to RP rules.
