I'm sure you've all heard...

"On September 7th, 2020 it was announced via Jackson Publick's Twitter that Venture Bros would not get a season 8 as it had been unceremoniously cancelled after 17 years by the new executives at Adult Swim." Adult swim has made some bad choices over the years but this has to be the worst.

We have a petition going and it only needs another 4,444 signatures! (as of this writing) This petition is official and Doc Hammer himself has stated that if this petition's campaign is successful they would continue the show! So please, sign the petition and SHARE THE LINK! :)

It's said that Doc and Jackson already have half of season 8 written, and it's rumored to be the final season anyway, BUT I for one HAVE to see more of this modern masterpiece! There is so much yet to be revealed.

Jackson Publick has updated news on the venture bros (check the links below for a link to his livejournal) but for those of you who are pressed for time, here's the short version:

Season 4 rough cut animations are underway, and this is the first season where huge stylistic and artistic changes haven't taken place. Editing has begun on the first half of season 4, and writing has begun on the second half. (Season 4 is split into two parts, 8 eps and 8 eps, instead of one 13 episode season).
