To enable the aninmated group tags in CS:GO or any game, please use the following commands either in console or paste them in your autoexec.cfg.

bind "w" "+forward;cl_clanid 11559511";
bind "a" "+moveleft;cl_clanid 11559525";
bind "d" "+moveright;cl_clanid 11559531";
bind "s" "+back;cl_clanid 11559539";

To revert back to standard controls you can use:
bind "w" "+forward";
bind "a" "+moveleft";
bind "d" "+moveright";
bind "s" "+back"

You must join the groups before the clan tags will change..
