Its a move, sorry for not being clear. he's a random spawn. most people have seen him in The Tower of Adal but its a low spawn rate

To be fair, it is rather short, and didn't launch with THAT much PvP content so I can see where you're coming from but you have to forgive it to a degree, they never claimed it was story driven, in fact the devs publicly stated multiple times that it was a PvP driven experience.

Surprisingly I beat the game just now the main boss was a push over which was kind of dissapointing, or I'm over leveld eitehr way its a good game

One rule, we defend the altars (especially the tower temple) and we don't allow those that engage in combat with sucker attacks to live long. It is fun camping altars for that.
