To The Bavarian People:

It has been seen by our German Brothers, the murderous slaughter of Austrian troops by the treachourous people of Leyen. Killing of our Germanic Brother's troops shall not, and has not been tolerated by the people of Austria, the German Empire, and the Kaiser himself!

It is from this day forth a state of war exists between the people of Leyen and Bavaria (German Empire). Full mobilisation of our Army has been announced, and every citizen who wishes to join in the grand fight, should only say so below! Without any hesistation, you shall be accepted.

You have all witnessed the gigantic growth of Bavaria over the past few months. Our military is the largest on Steam, our population is rising every day, and our Economy is unmatched!

With you my soldiers and citizens, a glorious victory shall be fought for the Fatherland! Your Kaiser urges you all, with the upmost speed, to act with bravery! We shall show our might, our boot, and the Bavarian and German Unmatched Spirit! As our ancestors have seen in the past, victory shall be with us! Hurra!
