Little update to fix mission AI and the new island mission.

✯ Fixed: Mission AI should not longer kill each other.

✯ Added: The normal heli crash sites are back now.

✯ Removed: Roaming AI (Air units) has been removed due to them targeting mission AI (Will fix and re-add them later).

✯ Removed: Animated helis crashes. They are just broken as hell.

Skalisty island Changes.

✯ Added: A few Static MG posts around the island and with in the compound.
✯ Added: 4 boat patrols around the island.
✯ Added: A few group spawns of bandits to the island. (Note: There Skill level is set to random)

✯ Updated: Timer you get dismounted from your vehicle when entering the no fly

Note: There is no loot box or endgame object yet. The AI do have some really good weapons unlike the normal AI mission AI.

Note: Post your suggestions on discord for what you would to see on the island. in the ways of loot and or a mission trader, to vehicles.
