The Finnish Autonomious Parliament

The Archduke of St. Petersburg, His Imperial Highness Alexei Pavlovich Romanov, has decided to reform the Finnish Diet into a body capable of debating Finnish matters, like that of the Congress Poland. The Body however is still subject to the Archduke and Emperor of Russia, both men reserve the right to dissolve it. The Body shall consist of 200 members and be held in Helsingfors.

The Archduke's Limitation of Working on Holidays

The Archduke of St. Petersburg has declared that all National and Religious Holidays are to be declared work free days, mandatory labour and work is strictly forbidden on those days. In addition all workers/farmers are encouraged to practice going to church on Sunday.
