To be a Fellow Brother of Steel, you have to be able to Defend yourself from the harsh Wasteland, and it's occupants.
Before you can become a Brother Of Steel, you must take an Oath to be Loyal to the Brotherhood until Death and to kill all Muties (Enemies) we shall face together.

Once in the Brotherhood, always in the Brotherhood. . .
