Tempest Gaming Syndicate is an underground organization of people who enjoy playing Counter-strike in a more competitive way. 10 Mans have team captains, strat callers, and dead rounds. New players are accepted and welcomed, and making fun of a new (or old) player because they mess up is unacceptable.

TGS is more focused on players that are nice, work with the team, and that have a desire to play smarter instead of simply aiming better.

TGS is a transparent group within the players that play in the group, where the direction of the group is known to people that play and suggestions are welcome.

Currently, TGS is aiming to make its own in-house tournaments and/or leagues with some sort of draft system. Players will build their reputation by playing in the 10 mans and working with fellow players.

We have a slot reservation system where people can have spots available to them if: 1. They donate to server costs 2. Help run 10 mans or keep the 10 man dynamic of team gaming.
