Our first highlander tournament match was unsuccessful, because the other team looked more organized. Also, we need the whole team to be on at the time of the game. However, we stil have a chance. If we win the rest of our games 2-0, and if one of the top teams loses, we will advance. Even though that sounds really hard to do and happen, we might still have a chance. So id like to check out next weeks maps and plan a tactic with the team.
Some goods news is that we won our 3rd highlander ladder match game, bringing us up the 23rd on the rankings. Lets keep it up! Thanks All.

Well, we have just played 2 highlander matches so far, both being wins. Id first like to thank everyone, and also congradulate everyone....because we are now in 33rd place on the ladder standings with a rating of 1023!! Good job guys. Ive just posted the tournament matches up. We also had a highlander ladder match scheduled for the 3rd but since it interferes with the highlander tourny time, well take care of that later. Other that that...lets get prepared and take care of these teams!

I have scheduled games for every Sunday at 21:00 CEST, our normal time. We might have 2 games back to back on the 3rd..one a highlander ladder and one the highlander tournament. Try to make it on the highlander tournament, which is the most important. that will be at 24:00 CEST, since the highlander ladder would be at 21:00.....

Well, what we've been waiting for has come. The Highlander tournament is going to start very soon, the teams have been put into their phases. Out of 256 groups of 4, were are group number 30. The phases is going to be like the group phases of FIFA(if any of you know) For those who dont know, there are 4 teams in a group. Each team plays against the whole team. The 2 top teams that have the most points (win, loss, draw....) advance to the next round. You can check on the highlander fixtures, were are in group number 30. The times and dates of the games have not yet been scheduled, but our opponents and maps have been chosen. For week 1, we will be fighting against "Robot Unicorn". for week 2, "Deadly Old Gents Community Highlander". And for our 3 and last game in the group phase, week 3, "Clan Janitor". There are going to be 2 maps!! CP_DUSTBOWL and PL_UPWARD!!! Practice on those maps!!!! I just hope we can get far guys, i know we can if we really try. Anyways, stay active, and get prepared!. Today, durring the ETF2T's 6v6 match, we were utterly destroyed.
Today, we learned that not planning, not working as a team, and overlooking details can get us thrown off the waggon so fast we didn't have time so say "That sniper is a spy!"

I'm not criticising everyone, for I am also guilty of overlooking strategy...

Instead, I am proposing practice sessions. The best teams are made of players that can work together, communicate effectivly, and mesh. We do none of that, and we need to.

While I work out the details of exactly how and when to practice, you can all attempt to get a working microphone if at all possible. Communication, fast and effective communication, is something we are missing- it is costing us dearly.

Our next highlander match is October 3rd, at the usual time. I hope we are ready to confound and destroy the enemy by then. Good luck!
