The Space Central is back online!

Hi everybody,
after a few months of waiting for a better game, bugfixes and important features its time for a restart.
From now on, the server is back online and open for players.
Its not 100% finished yet and we need some feedback from you about whats good and whats bad, so make sure to leave a reply in this group.

I cant promise that it will run smooth this time, as I didn't have the time to test every little thing that the developers change in the past months.

What has changed:
- Navigation beacons are gone, instead the game shows your current location on your HUD
- Procedural generated world in a cube with 1000km edge length (with millions of asteroids)
- Permanent death is enabled again

New Update is released - time for a restart!

Hi,
the new SE update is released and both servers are updated.
And its time for a change!

As some of you may have noticed, the servers were very unstable in the last 7 days. This happend due to major bugs in the 1.052 update and the SE server extender executable. There was nothing I could do about it - and this was the reason why I just waited for the next upate.

But now - with 1.053 - this will change.
I did a FULL RESET of both servers to overcome the performance issues and to be sure that we dont take the old bugs with us.
This means :
No lag, no slowmotion, fresh + exciting new gameplay.

For all of you out there who ever wanted to take a look what other people have built, or just to backup your own stuff, here are the map files from the last 1,5 months:

In addition, we have brand new TS3 server for you. Just connect to:

The servers are out of date again. Also it looks like cleaning routines don't work (I'm finding lot of floating debris on places of old explosions around roids - usually 1x1, got knows how many of them are in space)

Hello Auge, did you lose interest in maintaining the servers? would be a pitty, they really were awesome. Anyhow server 1 wasnt online for about a week now, and server 2 is online but without update, so noone can play. if you want to stop the server project, please let us know, so that we can look for an alternative. waiting just kinda sux!
