The ONLY WAY secession would damage the western world for Putin, China, DPRK & All of the West's Enemies to dominate the world is IF USA invades CSA and all of the west ties itself down with a 2nd US-Civil War. And as I stated below this isn't 1861 anymore. So a lot of countries would back CSA as they do NOT Have a favourable opinion towards the United States as they did before. And CSA would have a easy time seeking allies and trading partners if USA decided to enforce order upon the Southern states.

Listen up, this is NOT 1861 Anymore. Southern Independence would BARELY change anything. As USA still is the core member of NATO, A important piece of the UN and so forth. If the South gained Independence by Peace, then USA would only be SET back a couple days to arrange handing over all Federal / State Property in the newly free Confederate States of America meaning handing over all Military Bases, Factories and so forth. USA would obviously make CSA pitch in on it's debt with China. So with a free CSA, with its own liberty and currency the CSA would be able to HELP USA get out of debt a lot easier later on and plus eliminate all debts related to the Southern States. But at first it'll take a lot of high payments and build up Economiclly, Industerially and Militarily. This is modern day and a Independent Dixie would not do much damage as it would do good.

It doesn't matter what you see something as, this is the United States of America, and I don't want to live in a world where I can be completely fucked over because of what I believe in.

Friends I am sorry you feel you are losing your heritage, but keep one in your homes. Ask yourself does a flag that offends people need to be flown across the south? I feel to hate towards you or your heritage, but can you now keep them were I suggested. If they are not to be outside keep one at home and in museums. Gentlemen realize where you see heritage others see chains and whips (I am not one of those men). I am sad for you, I really am. Its been more than one flag lol, in alabama its been every flag known to be connected to the confederacy, Its been every flag near historical sites or monuments nation wide, its the desecration of graves and memorials as well as the future plans for their removal.. Its the media and the SC flag that got it started, so I dont really blame people for getting upset. But secession is unrealistic in its current form.

you are all crazy, why secede? for old dixie? I have great respect for the Confederacy, her troops, and her leaders. Although there is no reason to bring it back. Look taking the flag off the capital grounds is a good idea. It should be flown at monuments, dedicated parks, memorials, cemitaries, museums, and private property. Why is everyone so angry, it is your heritage I understand freinds, that does not make it right to keep a flag on capital grounds that offends a large number of people. If you need to look at is so bad put it in your house or go to one of the places I mentiond. Also for those of you who think secession is a good idea you are a lost cause.

Most of the population of the South are pro-Secession and they'd revert all the power systems of their state(s) and local cities & Towns to Texas's Individual Independent Power grid just to avoid getting cut off by the Federal Government. And further more since the murder of Pro-Flagger supporter Anthony Harvey theres been a lot more secession rally's In Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi & Arkansas. NC Had a Rally that had more than 5,000 attenders. So the secessionist idea is gaining momentum.

In order to pass secession in Alabama of all places, it would require a rebellion. Governor Bently has already shown that he is not a supporter of Ole Dixie by gloating at the fact that he is the first Governor to remove the Battleflag. He did not only remove the battle flag but he removed every flag tied to the Confederacy including regimental flags.. If we passed secession in Alabama we would need to institute a new government, and sadly that is unlikely to happen. As much as I support secession, we would need more support from other states to make our cause stand on its own else we are nothing but a pack of crickets chirping in the darkness.
