Syn Is the owner of this group, she can help you with just about any problems you may be experiencing with other users, game problems or technical problems.

Demon Is the Co-Owner of SilverSword Gaming, he should be able to help you with any skill based things in CS:GO, providing pointers etc.

If you need help with anything and Demon or Syn are not available there are others who can help you or direct our attention to you.
