TF2 Version of New Pork City

I've spent some time this week transforming gm_NewPorkCity into an arena version for use in TF2. Its almost ready for some play tests to see how it feels. Been a long time since I've hosted a server from my PC, so I'll need to figure that out again. Expect more news this weekend.

Sweet! Don't worry though. these past few events have been pretty informal. We're just making sure stuff works. First one was for the server being up and running, second was for running UCH on the server. We'll do map testing... likely by next weekend! :D

Sorry I couldn't make it, didn't have Gmod installed when I saw the announcement, and by the time it finished reinstalling it I was already too late #_# I've got it installed now though for next time.
