ok, some of these have been fixed already, others are being worked on, more are being found, progress is being made.

2nd trader, it is possible to stand in the doorway and activate the trader without tripping the trader timer, giving you unlimited time to purchase weapons and heal. More to come later, as I died shortly after this.

Not sure if this is a glitch or by design, but for "Fixing the Door" after the pool, where you hold down the "Use" key, you are able to hold down "Use" while facing away from the door and while firing other weapons. Not quite like the welder, where you must have the welder selected and face the door.

Once you reach the top of the hill from the Heli, next to the cabin, the railing lining the deck has no substance -- you can walk through the railing off the ledge to your death.

I'll start out with a few I noticed: as you leave the Heli, walking through the stream there seems to be an invisible wall for a second. You can keep walking into it and you'll pop through, probably a graphical glitch.
