-Be able to sell more than 200 items per year, you'll have to fill out the forum valve gives you when you get close to 200 items sold

-Have teamspeak

-Have a few dollars in your steam account (say 3-4 keys worth of dosh if recommended before a snipe)

-Don't spend all your money earned from sniping so it can be put towards larger snipes
