I like the idea of After Action reports. As for the Korean/Asian clans, I think they have exceptional focus and teamwork. You rarely see them without a buddy and they focus on what needs to be done.

After Action Reports is something pretty good to consider. If anything really serious needs doing however, than it would be made known in an announcement or discussion anyways. Right now everyone should just harvest everything and level up.

As for what makes the Korean and other Clans so powerful, we already emulated their strength last Sydney 4 Wipe extremely well with the numbers we had. Problems with this wipe is that literally all of us are underleveled compared to the other clans. Apart from strength of numbers, the rest of the strength of any clan or group would be all to do with committment and the experience of the individual players.

Have we considered 1) writing up succinct 'After Action Reports' so that each change of shift can be quickly brought up to speed, even if there is no one else on from when it all unfolded? 2) Identifying just what makes these Korean et al clans so powerful....apart from strength of numbers. Perhaps we can emulate it?
