To prevent the lan games from being interupted or slowed by steam updates, please leave steam running briefly before the LAN parties on fridays.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on whether we should open the Lan party to other games? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Attendance on sunday nights is low enough that their continuation is now in question. Please comment on this announcement so that we can know how the demand for sunday LAN parties looks.

In addition to our friday night games, we will also host a game Sunday night at 10. If there is too small a turnout this weekend, we may cease to host sunday night games. People will of course be welcome to host games of their own in our name... (It's not like we can stop it.)

The Wi Fi in McDowell was unable to handle the number of people that we needed it to, so the party is now being hosted in the Gilliam 1st common room. If people can bring power strips and/or spare mice please do so.
