Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) is the lead sponsor of the bill that would make it a felony to post certain streamed content online -- meaning ordinary Americans would risk getting locked up for posting karaoke videos, cover band performances, video game play-throughs, and more to YouTube. It's now been rolled into the House's version of the Internet Blacklist Bill."
Looks like you don't care. Jesus Christ, buddy.

I must give it to you that I agree that the laws against Marijuana are unfair, but how do they relate to racism?
Even though it's an invasion of privacy, it protects more than it harms. It's just like the cavity searches in airports, although they are unnecessary, they protect other passengers boarding the flight.
And prohibiton doesn't necessarily relate to free speech, but it is still unconstitutional because it restricts citizens from choosing what they want to put into their bodies. It is a law created off of nothing more than racism and yellow journalism.
And do you seriously think that the PATRIOT Act was done for the greater good? It is nothing more than a tactic used for Big Brother to control its citizens. "Those willing to give up freedom for security deserve neither." It's an invasion of privacy, and nothing more. I'm not trying to start a whole debate here, so we should just agree to disagree.
That was about protecting games as art under the first amendment.
Marijuana prohibiton, the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act, laws against flag burning. There's three.
Keep in mind I don't necessarily think this bill will pass, but it is definitely possible.
Name one please.
