The Economic collapse of the Federal Republic of Germany in 2014 led to the fracture of Germany into several politcal entities. The Monarchist Movement began to gain speed. By 2017, it had gained a majority in the Reichstag and restored Germany to a Constitutional Monarchy under the Georg Friedrich, known as Kaiser Friedrich IV. Immedietly after restoration, Germany's economy began turning around and is now a Great Power of Europe.

I.
-Every citizen has equal rights within the Empire.
-Every citizen has the right to bear arms.
-Every citizen has the right to a fair trial with a jury composed of his peers.
-Every citizen has the right to appeal the court verdict to the Kaiser.
-Every male citizen of the age of eighteen and above, has the right to vote.
-No citizen can be arrested or his house raided without the proper warrant.
-Every citizen has the right to worship in his own fashion without fear of persecution.
-Immigrants may become naturalized citizens after a residence of six years
within the Empire.
-Immigrants will have to take a naturalization test and be examined to ensure proper integration into German culture.

II.
-A declaration of war can only be made by the Kaiser after consulting the Reichstag.
-Every male citizen between the ages of eighteen and forty-five, is liable to be called upon for military service.
-Every male citizen between the ages of sixteen and sixty must spend one weekend of each month, training in the local barracks.
-Field Marshals and Admirals may only be appointed by the Kaiser, but the Minister of War may appoint Generals and Vice-Admirals.
-Peace may only be made by the Kaiser, with the consent of the Reichstag.

III.
-The leader of the dominant party within the Reichstag is also the VizeKanzler.
-The VizeKanzler and the Reichstag will be elected every first Sunday of the month by the People.
-The Kanzler appoints the Ministry, excluding Ministers appointed by the Kaiser.
-The Kaiser retains the right to appoint the Minister of War, the Minister of Internal-Affairs, the Minister of Foreign-Affairs, and the Minister of the Treasury.
-The Kanzler may enact a law with the consent of the Reichstag.
-The Kanzler may be dismissed by the Kaiser.
-Alliances can only be made by the Kaiser, the Kanzler, and the Minister of Foreign-Affairs, with the Kaiser's consent.

The Charter will go into force once it has been signed by the Kaiser. Lang lebe der Kaiser!
