Kevin O'Leary, Canadian businessman and financial commentator, known as Mr. Wonderful from ABC's investment based reality series, Shark Tank, has officially confirmed his running for the conservative party of Canada. Early today, O'Leary tweeted:

"It's official, I'm in. The Conservative Party of Canada needs a candidate who can beat Justin Trudeau and bring back jobs to this country!"

In other new, President-Elect Donald Trump officially announced he will be re-running in 2020. He officially had the slogan "Keep America Great" trademarked earlier this week.

Republican electors in Texas have confirmed Donald Trump has reached over the 270 mark and will become our 45th President.

Instead of talking about the statistics of the Electoral College, which you can find on any media site, I'm going to highlight the North Carolina electors. The electors of North Carolina, which was a red state, marched together on their way to vote for Donald Trump. But as they did, they started singing. During their march, they broke out in singing 'God Bless America' and carried a sign reading 'Thank You President-Elect Donald Trump; Make America Great Again.' The video can be found here.

As they walked by, a random woman on the street yelled 'Vote your conscience!' at the electors. I'm sure that each and every one of them proudly voted who their conscience told them to vote for; Donald J. Trump.

President-elect Donald Trump has chosen retired Marine Gen. John F. Kelly to run the Department of Homeland Security. Kelly is a recently retired Marine Corps General who held the position of chief of the U.S. Southern Command. Kelly is known as a blunt-spoken stickler for border security who clashed consistantly with the Obama regime over issues such as closing of the prison in Gitmo Bay.

As head of the DHS, he will be in charge of many of the most key aspects of Trump's presidency. Border security. He was specifically chosen due to his Southwest border experience. Kelly has sounded the alarm about drugs, illegal immigration, terrorism, crime, and other low energy that drags itself in and out of our borders every day.

Meanwhile, the liberals are afraid of Trump appointing too many Generals to prominent positions. Their main argument is that civilians should run the military in the United States. The flaw with their argument is that all of the three ex-Generals which Trump has appointed are exactly that; ex-Generals. They are civilians now. Not to mention, Trump will be Commander-in-Chief of our armed forces, and he's certainly a civilian. Although I do agree that civilian leadership of our military is an important concept of our democracy, I just can't grasp the logic behind arguing against a military commander... being in charge of our military. Shocking that one might think that a General obtains their rank by being a good militray commander.
