Maury, You say that the United States does not have gay marriage, because a majority of it's people don't want it. Is that justice OR democracy? Really? If we voted to have all jews gassed, that would be immoral and wrong, regardless of what people think, it is a non-issue, it should not be voted on, there is no deciding, it is a given human right. Just by being a human you are given certain irrivocable rights, which communist/socialist philosophy aims to uphold. The right to seek asylum, to food, the right to control what happens to you and your body, the right to marry and to have that union recognised under law. If people do not like gay marriage, do not marry a gay person. A 'democracy' that has some people vote on how others should live, when the decision effects only minority groups, it is not democracy, it is tyranny. A country of white people voting on the minority black peoples rights, is tyranny. A country deciding whether we should let gays marry, is tyranny.

The poor need to get help because most of them are born poor and should get an equal chance to become succesful. The soviet union failed because the world woudn't piss off. Oh and taxes go up for Socialist and Communist countries because the people get insurance and everyone will get a house and job. Why the hell don't you care for the poor you basterd! And the top 2% of people with the most money in the united states get tax cuts while the poorer have to pay normal taxes, what the hell is that about. There is also a reason Capatilism does not treat the poor really well, they are the reason they are there, and is it the governments job to bail them out with others peoples hard earned money ( the workings classes taxes), HELL NO ITS NOT! First off , gays are not allowed to marry in the United States because the government is out for the peoples interest, and the majority of people have said they do not want gay marriage, and you sound more like a progressive (Liberal). Is it one countrys job to help another country? Thats what it wounds like your saying, and the religion gets the money? WHAT!? You need to read what your own Canadian government is doing before you saying something like that , it doesn't make sense, and in Canada , gay people are allowed to get married and odopt, its just the majority in a country like the United States vote against it. In Capitialist governments some sort of religion owns the country, the religion gets money from the taxpayers, Ex U.S.A. their government gives money to the catholic church. How do we know, well gays are not allowed to have marriege in many states and that's because the bible does not agree with gays. In all Capitialist countries their is racial profiling of some sort. Ex. most airports are looking for muslim/eastern looking/brownish people and are puting them to a category which is not equal to that of a white person. Capitailism would not help the poor very much. And The people of the Soviet Union used to have good lives until, stalin came, WWI, WWII, and the war with NATO. Those things had to make Soviet Russia more Capitialist by putting everybody lower on Russia's to do list. NATO was building nukes against the Soviet Union and China could not build nukes, so the Soviets had to take stuff from everyone else just to keep up with NATO's military.
