The Member Raffle System

We believe that at RGH, members should be able to participate freely in the community. Because of this, we have now implemented a system, called the Member Raffle System, where any and all members will be able to start their own raffles without going through the hastle of making a group and growing it. By following the guidelines set below, you can start your own raffle to profit off of!

All member raffles have a 25% equity, meaning that the profits will be split between the group and the member himself. Items will go through us, and will be traded to the creator of the raffle after it has ended. Because we are clearly stating that we will be sharing the profits, if you have been scammed or suspect foulplay, you are free to report the admin for your fair share of profits.

To minimize any possibility of being scammed, next to each member, we will add their payment. At the end of the raffle, all the payments will be added up, and you will recieve exactly 75% of them.

Because we have a 25% equity of your raffle, sudden decision to cancel a raffle will cause us a loss, and will force us to spend a noticeable amount of time returning the items submitted into the event. To lighten the load, in a sense, of returning the items of the cancelled raffle, there will be a $1 fee to cancel a member raffle [b1]UNLESS[/b1] you have a legitimate excuse for needing to cancel the issue. In this case, we will withdraw the raffle free of charge.

CREATING A RAFFLE IS 100% FREE. To create a raffle, the creator(s) of the raffle MUST have a mobile steam guard to get rid of the 7-14 day pending of the item(s). Failure to have a mobile verification will result in immediate termination of the raffle.

Though creating the raffle is free, you must submit an item worth more than or equal to $2.50. All raffles lower than this base amount will be rejected. The items being raffled off MUST NOT exceed 3 items, to reduce complexity.

Each raffle will have a set amount of slots available to be bought. The amount of slots will be decided by both the admin assigned to the raffle and the creator of the member raffle. The amount of slots is only a minimum, and adding slots is an option available to the creator of the raffle. Failure to agree on a number of slots will result in termination of the raffle.

Refunds are available solely for one reason. If any of the slots are not entered by a 2 week timespan, or if the full raffle is not filled by 1 month, the party that created the raffle will recieve a FULL refund.
