Can promote up to Oberleutnant. Leads training. Will take charge in battle if the Oberst falls. Only can achieve this if the Oberst promotes you. Deals with house keeping and Preb sitting.

Hauptmann

Leadership qualities. Skilled fighter. Takes lead if no Majors or Obert remain. As high rank one can achieve at a time.

Oberleutnant

A junior officer. In line for higher ranks. Not alot of responsibility is had. Assistance to the Major and Oberst.
