It has been a long time my kin, O' brothers of mine.

Many of you have wondered why, after all these years, you stare blankly at the greyed out Chivalry in your library from time to time, thinking of a simpler time. Some have forgotten what it feels like to stand shoulder to shoulder, shield to shield, ass to sweaty ass with their brothers in arms. The pure, unadulterated joy to spam Z + 2 as your fall as one upon your enemy, the shields of your brothers protecting you from harm as you bring down the law on the lawless.

You are the shield in the darkness, the last bastion of a joy long forgotten. The time has come to raise that very shield once more. Dust off your badges lads, Chivalry 2 has entered open beta.

With the unexpected release of Mordhau, Protective Service Officers will be deployed to all major servers. The innocent, the guilty and the spectator, all go unprotected and unmolested.
