It's making-- and approving-- its own CS:GO suggestions. It's up to nearly 350 suggestions already, though a heck of a lot of 'em are copy/paste English translations.

Seriously. Go give it a look-- interesting, creepy, and kind of nice, aaalllll in one lil' ball!

First, the FAQ on the Secret Shop page:

"Welcome to the STS Secret Shop. Only translators listed on the Dota 2 Hub page will be eligible to enter this shop.

The first team entering this secret shop will have 24 empty item slots, the second team one less (23), the next team then 22 and so on.
Please choose one of the items in the item stash above and add it to your inventory. You can add and remove items as you wish.
If the countdown runs out, one of your empty inventory slots will be removed.
If a new language team enters the secret shop and unlocks an item, the remaining countdown time will be awarded to the next team. Countdown credits do not stack and can only sum up to a maximum new countdown period of 14 days.
If new strings are added to Dota 2 and you drop out of the secret shop, you will be able to regain entry permission upon completion of translating the new strings.
In case enough language groups consider this secret shop a fantastic advent calendar substitute and everyone finishes by December 24th, something magical yet to be unveiled will happen
After the rewarding period has ended (3-5 months), we will send you a courier with your gathered inventory.

Pirate came in second-- giving the 10 Dota 2 Playtesters 23 slots in the Secret Shop.

It's a sad thing that not everyone who's helped us reach this point will get any prizes personally-- unless the magical thing yet to be unveiled happens before the 24th has something to do with that, which I really don't expect BUT WOULD LOVE--but I'll personally see to it that the people who sat down and really put in a lot of elbow grease to get us in second get something out of this, let me tell you! I won't make any promises more specific than that until we see more of what the Secret Shop has to offer, though-- expect another announcement around the New Years, team.
