Intervention in Japan

It was brought to our attention that our ally, Taisho, Emperor of the Japanese, no longer leads their nation. Now, they are ruled by Emperor Hirohito, returned from exile. In the past, Hirohito had been ruler of their nation, and during this period he launched attacks on the Empire of the Chinese for little reason, mostly for the reasons of territorial conquest. This must be averted, for the protection of the glorious Chinese People.
As a result, the Empire of heavenly Peace will be deploying into the Korean Peninsula 72 infantry divisions, 18 cavalry divisions, 6 artillery brigades, and 2 siege artillery brigades. Their intent will be to sweep through the region, capturing the area and eliminating the local Japanese forces there.
During this time period, our Navy will be assuming a position at Tsushima, holding the territory with the full force of the Chinese Navy. Once we have succeeded in Korean Peninsula with our magnificient armies we will be able to press onward with operations to attack the Japanese homeland itself, and defend against this potential threat to national security.

Peace with the Russian Empire

Belatedly, we must bring news to the Citizenry of the Empire of Heavenly Peace of a peace that has been reached with the Russian Empire. A long and mighty struggle had happened with the Russians, one of swords and muskets, rifles and artillery. Hoowever, in the end, the enlightened leadership of our nation met with the Russians and signed a peace treaty. This treaty did not make any territorail or monetary demands or gains for either side, instead being a white peace with nothing gained or lost. As a result, the Armies of the Empire are now free of the burden of having to continually fight with the Russians, and we can focus our intention other tasks.
