Beta is reopen

No official word from Overkill yet but the beta is open again to anyone who wants to participate again. Keep in mind like always it's still a bit of an update and there's no real word of what it entails. To opt into the beta is the same method as before.

For those who have forgotten the password, it is, "duckandcover". The same password used in the Beta that ran prior to Patch 15.
