PayLoad Races - High Tower

I've finally got around to making this a proper server and not ran off my computer x], Which ran the server perfectly, bar the lag at the start of a new game with 10+ players, New max player limit is 16, everything should be as before, I've made the server all Chat, so players can talk to everyone!

I'll likely add a function for temp muting of players, and requests for perm muting which involves admins being on, blah blah blah, Basically. Inform your friends if you know they play the server that it's been moved, so they'll have to search for it again, same name, same map, mostly same tags, Ranks have been moved across.

Can change gravity by using the Commands !g_vote and !g_reset which i created (both enable a vote for different gravity or reseting gravity back to 800), If you find any bugs, let me know so i can fix them.
