of course there is no need to be online on discord, but if you want to communicate with your friends after the game where voice chat is not avaible, you will have a chat with them therefore.

Why the hell do we need Discord?The game already has integrated Voice Chat.

Quick note:I am from Eastern European region(Not Russia),but i have no problem playing against Central/Western European players.In Paladins,i play mostly Flanks,but often go Damage,Support and Frontline champions.Add me if you want and perhaps we can play together. ID: CrazySteve.
