Hoes on top!

Here is a list of what should be common knowledge but which often fails. We must work on this to improve our teamwork on office. I would say, failing to follow these hints will actually hurt the team in the long run so following them is strongly recommended.

1) Buying light in the first rounds won. We must buy so we can use grenades, smokes, flashes and/or fire first of all. This often makes it necessary to buy lighter weapons like MP7, MAG-7, UMP etc. Also, buying more expensive weapons in this round and loosing it to the enemy gives us a huge disadvantage later in the round and in the next rounds.

2) Buying and ignoring your teammates money. Don't fall for the mistake of buying M4, AK or even AWP because _you_ can afford it. If your teammates can't afford a weapon, buy for them instead of buying big for yourself. All 5 players must have weapons to win rounds.

3) Top spawn should always be used. That means, the guy starting closest to office goes to office, the guy closest to garage goes to garage. This makes it much easier to get those early picks, which can win rounds.

4) Split 2-3. The common split on ct side is 2 backyard and 3 office/main hall. Only on rare occasions we should split 4-1 or 5-0.

5) Split to cover. For instance, going from garage to backyard window we must have people covering both the stairs and outside. Going office and main we must cover from both office and CT steps (and main window) to prevent enemies sneaking behind us.
