Welcome heisters!

We gladly welcome every player who we can play with. You do not need to have any special skills, just be socialable and reasonable.
In this group you can meet other players of various skills and levels

This group used to be an active payday 2 group with many active players.
It was a project that was made to help new players in payday get better, but the support didn't last long. And with the game slowly coming to an end, so did our community who slowly quit and stopped playing..

Hey there everyone, Nik here

I know it has been long since i updated this group or said anything about it
I sincerely apologise for the inactivity

But i just wanna update y'all about how I am and the status of the group

Right now, im in college and its really impacted my schedule so im not gaming that often.
Going through some serious personal family problems
And Im still working hard to pursure my career as a nurse

As for the group, tho its not active on steam
Our discord server is fairly active,
The server is still small with at least 60+ people and not 160+ in the steam group.
So to the other 100+ people who didn't join, please join us and be part of Nik's family

This is just a small update
But i can assure you that the group isn't dead
Its very active.

You read that right, Payday One Downers is coming to an end

I would like to thank all my fellow payday 2 players who were there with me from the start and pushed me to start this project of helping newbies
However this doesn't mean that this group will be dead, its currently going through a major rework.

Meaning this group will be suiting for all players and gamers of all genre
I have been thinking about this change for a long time
The reason Im shutting down one downers and reworking the entire thing is because, I reflected and realised that payday 2 is not a game meant for everyone, and the fact that my server and this group is not every active as people have other games to play than just payday 2

So i want to be fair to everyone and i want everyone to part of the conversations and feel like they are involved in whats happening

I had many people leaving because they can't join in the conversations or becasue it was very stale and boring / repetitive
This was my fault becasue when i started the project of theis group i was thinking about myself and payday 2, and I'm sincerely sorry for it.

Our discord server has been reworked, so please feel free to join it. It's still a bit of tweaks but its completely done

It will be amazing if you guys were to invite your friends to join my server, your services will be appreciated. The more members we have the more I'm willing to push the server and even do some major things like giveaways of skins, cosmetics or even games

I know this is very sudden but please bear with it, there are some very active members that have helped me with this changes

Before I sign off, I would like to once again thank everyone who was there for me and everyone who donated skins and cosmetic items to me. I'm am extremely grateful for your kindness and support

Started as a Payday tryhards team with 5-10 people in... Looking now at the group alot have changed, the subject as well (not a pd2 group), now we are a big group with 155 member's.
Congratz Nik, probablly happy now.
