Napoleonic Wars Regimental Restructuring

This group is intended for regiments in the DLC Napoleonic Wars for Mount and Blade: Warband, to do the following.

Post announcements about:
-Finding another regiment to merge with.
-Create a brand new regiment with other small regiments.
-Creating a corps/army and finding regiments to join
-Finding another arty/volt regiment to form up with
ANYTHING related to merging, forming a new regiment, companies, army, corps, etc... this group is the right one for you.

This is also to help smaller regiments find other smaller regiments to form larger regiments and to increase the gameplay experience of NW.
(also to stop these sort of messages in the regimental leader group)
