NQ OFFICER'S CLUB

This club is for Officers in the NO QUITTERS GROUP..

GOOD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OFFICERS IS KEY!


Responsibilities for NQ Officers.

0) Always join main NQ chat when online. Maybe almoust always:)

1) Kick Quitters and rule violaters.
i) Please consult at least one other NQ Officer before kicking a player
ii) Please update Quitter Wall whenever a new player is kicked/banned (copy-paste Quitter Wall; insert name of new player)
iii) Please announce the name of the kicked player along with the reason so all officers are on same page.
iv) All players are granted 2 chances, no favortism.

2) Promote group and invite players
i) Make sure new members read and understand the group rules.
ii) When inviting players, make sure to check their aliases to make sure they are not banned players.

3) Moderate chat. Ensure that the chat remains friendly and with no foul language.

4) Delete undeleted announcements.

5) Identify and propose new potential NQ officers.

6) Act friendly and responsibly when engaging the Civ Community when representing NQ.
i) ABUSEMENT of Officer status will lead to DEMOTION.

7) Stay in NQ Chat as often as possible in order to help, guide and inform players about NQ games.

8) All disagreements between officers must be handled privately and NOT in NQ chat!

9) Win NQ games. Keep the Officers' reputation untarnished ;)

Remember the civ multiplayer community is rather small. Our goal is to create a fun and stable environment for all to play. We want to be a staple in the community not alienate ourselves by kicking everyone:)
