Hey again peeps, I spoke to Neon Hite tonight about this and I'm pleased to present another clarification on our policies. Kinds long because I'm horrible at making stuff short and to the point, so sorry about that.

This is not meant to sound condescending, but I'd just like to make sure everyone remembers how to do deal with issues as they come up in a professinoal, transparent way.

If someone makes a decision on something (be it a report on a donator abuser, a hacker, maybe an appeal decision, w/e else) and you feel that the decision was unfairly handed down/disagree/dont like w/e about it, this is what you should do

1) Take your concern to the person who handed down that decision. Ask them about it! You have a question regarding their decisions, and you have the right to voice them just as they have a right to explain themselves.

2) If for whatever reason you find yourself unsatisfied with the persons answer, or feel the punishment/decision/action still needs to be corrected, you are free to take your concerns to a higherup. So if a mod does something you find fishy, bring it up to an admin or me or neon. If an admin does something fishy, bring it up to me/neon ect..

Really straightforward. Let the higher up's handle corrections, and let THEM reverse changes when it's needed. Voice your concerns with them. But at the end of the day our staff ranks are there for a reason, and the higher up's DO have more authority. Please do NOT take situations into your own hands and try and deal with changing things yourself. There are MANY reasons why that is never a good idea, even if you think you're making the right decision.
