High Tech Police Department Forces from NED

Since Everybody keep asking me what is the time this guild have the most acitivy and member online the most .
I will answer once and clear , we will follow the server time of Rush Hour , Rush Hour mean the time when people online and acitivity the most , from 6 AM ~ 12 PM EDT and 6 PM ~ 12 AM ( 18 ~ 00 o'-clock ) EDT .

Beside that , any hour outside of Rush Hour like 3 AM to 6 AM EDT and 3 to 6 PM ( 15 ~ 18 o'-clock ) EDT around that hour server will be always maintenance schedule or unschedule or delay Maintenance , but everybody can online any hour as you guys may see fit , we only telling you the time when the server has the most activity and event and such , but outside around that hour everybody is at work . sleep , or being somewhere else , so if you were expecting to find a party , market , use megaphone but can't find a buyer / seller then all you have to do is wait till Rush Hour then uses it , beside that it hardly when the server is not around that hour for anybody help you , barely :/ .

Anyhow , we will usually do raid after Gronco ( world boss ) at 9 PM EDT and 9 AM EDT till we exausted , but we do not force nor usually run raid automatic every hour , only if we have time , beside that it is predictable that we will do raids around that hour but not recomended if you're busy of some sort , you can do raid and play at any hour if you like , we just only giving you a accurate time when is a perfect times to ask for raid , beside that it is depend on the guild members among themself , after all everyone is free of their own will , we play as we please , no forcing , no hard feeling and cares for all .
