Today me and my fellow congress mates(random hobos) have made a desicion that is very progressive to the american cause. The desicion we have made is allowing for the new execution method called"head ripping off" where we sit the person who is about to be execute on a chair and a metal claw comes down and pulls off the head of the person in the seat. Also the meachine is automatic so it will rip the head off of anyone who sits in the seat. We think this means progress. This is all have a good day and don't forget to pay those taxes.
