I'm going to explain what I do, and other information.

At first I have to make sure that we come in the high competitive sniping rank.
I must therefore ensure that we play against other clan.
But before that happens I have to make sure we have a strong team with the best snipers of the clan, because otherwise you win no clanwar.
After that I get in contact with other clans for a clanwar, or the other clan will contact me.
Then we discuss when and time.
When this is managed with the opponent then I will always report in an announcement, with the time and how many players I need.

Would you like to stay at the clanwar team then go into contact with me, I will then see if you are good enough for the clanwar team.

Fury I find that something could change in the clan, so we started thinking. Now we got the idea to divide. Trickshotters, feeders and clanwar needs a leader of that part. Fury is now the leader of the trickshot part. That means that when you have new clips you can go to him, he also will trick shotters recruiting and hosting online partys. I will be the leader of the feeden and clanwar. This to things can be same, because you should be a good feeder all you want to come in clanwar team, so I keep myself busy. I hope you find this a good idea.
