Starting tomorrow on server 2, I will activate the extinction event, the meteor event/wipe. DO NOT CONFUSE THIS WITH SERVER 3.
The countdown will last 14 days and the server will be wiped with whatever remains on it. So please transfer off what you want to save to server 1.
In the first 7 days, I would like all users to PM me a map of your choice to replace TheVolcano with, and to use the #server2debate channel as means as to persuade others.
Please try and choose maps that appear to be actively maintained. Sorry @Jagg, no valhalla. Ee can go cry in the corner.
In the remaining 6-7 days, I will strawpoll the top 3 map choices for everyone to vote on.

When the server reopens under the new map, transfers will be limited to characters only. After 7-14 days, transfers between 1/2 will be fully open. I always suggest starting new since it's way more fun!
Transfers to and from server 3 will remain the same.

The Island map on Server 1 is getting spiced up with Additional Island Spawns mod and SE Anywhere engram mod. This server is hoping to entice breeders and brave Ascension warriors to create homes on its shores and mountains. It is not scheduled for any wipe until the last Friday of April, providing time for long-term endeavors.

The Center map on Server 2 is getting The Desert Island mod and SE Anywhere engram mod. This server hopes to lure new homesteaders to build castles among its awesome ruins and new desert. It has a shorter duration, scheduled for a wipe the last Friday of January, but still giving plenty of time for building and exploring. Prior to the wipe, there will be a vote selecting the map for the next 3 month cycle.

Aberration map on Server 3 is eagerly awaited! This server is currently being a bit elusive but intends to attract explorers with its huge tracts of land. Well, new lands. The server is scheduled for a 3 month cycle, but this may change depending on when Wildcard releases the map from bondage vile.

Server 4 is a rotating server, which will be wiped on the last Friday of the month. This server plans to tempt fast-paced, intrepid adventurers to experiment afresh each month. We will have a vote mid-month to select the map for the following month.
