KONY 2012 is a film and campaign by Invisible Children that aims to make Joseph Kony famous, not to celebrate him, but to raise support for his arrest and set a precedent for international justice.

I read it, but remember the peace talks WERE UNEVENTFUL. Having Kony on his last legs will only motivate him more to build himself back up. I'm trying to take an unbiased standpoint using information from both sides, by the way.
