It ain't much, but it's honest work

Grandma's Sweet Recipe
(Ingredients for 10 people):

1 can of condensed milk with 397g
4 eggs
1 tablespoon cornstarch
300 ml of milk
500 ml of strong coffee
200g of toasted maria biscuit
200 ml whipping cream
6 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation:

1. Break the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites and place the yolks in a pan.
Place the egg whites in a bowl.

2. To the egg yolks, add condensed milk and corn starch.
Stir very well and mix the milk.

3. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cream thickens.
Divide the cream into 10 individual bowls or place in a large bowl.

4. Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar into the strong, hot coffee and place in a bowl.
Place the biscuits and soak them in the coffee and when they are well soaked, place 3 biscuits in each bowl.

5. Crush the remaining cookies until they are well undone.

6. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
When well blended, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and beat some more.

7. Whip the cream until stiff.
Add the last 2 tablespoons of sugar and beat until it is whipped.

8. Wrap the whites very well with the whipped cream.
Divide the cream into the bowls and smooth with a spoon.

9. Finally, sprinkle with the crushed cracker and store in the refrigerator until serving time.
