Founded in 2002, Los Hombres was initially created to further the gaming needs of the impoverished youth of WBC. The organization was involved in cooperative purchases of games (with questionable legality) to allow for better LAN Parties for the elite gaming community of Carroll County Maryland and eventially the Greater Baltimore/Washington DC Region.

With the advent of Steam and cheap, accessible, games (All Hail Gaben), the roll of Los_H has moved away from its underground cooperative roots to that more of a community with a collective nostalgia for its piratical past.
