You should just download them when you join the server. If it just says, "missing map" then that means you have a version of that map in your gmod that differs from the server. Check C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps and C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\download\maps and try deleting the broken map in there, then restart gmod and rejoin.

why is the server just always dead on saturdays

i doubt i will actually use ads, i was just curious if it was possible, i'll have no issue hosting the server normally after i finish this update (which still may not be until summer or spring break, who knows)

theres also a plugin that adds a pop up that you have to wait 5 seconds to close
you could put that in and put ads in

if the server ever goes back up let me know and ill be there.

couldnt you just embed the ads into the motd, so it auto pops up when you enter the server?

Dude, if there was a way to run the server by ads I would totally do it, but I don't think gmod has that capability, only tf2 does.

I'm back btw for spring break hopefully I can finish something during it, but yeah you're right during the summer i can do a ton of ♥♥♥♥.

if anyone sees this, kaz can only get online when he comes back from college (at least thats my understanding), so we probably wont get any updates until the summer, but hopeful we can get bots over the summer, and the server should comeback to life when we do.

the server died RIP. i am on Project anon now, its pretty good, but its no kazombies.

Narch update is coming on july 17th, there will be ppl there and the server will have consistent population again. Get hyped, spread the word, spread more hype, get more people to come, get people to stay, make Kazombies poputated again, JULY 17TH.
