The server was just recently wiped, Talk to KP directly if possible and he'll restore all of your items and your rank. (Also Im sad to say Nacho is no longer with us)

Edit: After looking at my pointshop, I can see that my inventory's been wiped as well. The only question is why I came back as a regular?
