Our ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Steam Group for IconicRP and its services. We are currently hosting DarkRP in our GMod servers with consistent and periodic developments and updates to our content and such. If you are interested, join us in our community!

Our DarkRP server is currently at Beta Development and will take a month before it reaches its next stage. In the meantime, we will be consistently adding content into our servers and such in order to provide a better experience for all to enjoy!

Closure of IconicRP

After some talks between IceSeasons and myself along with the prospects of development of the server, I regret to inform the staff administration that IconicRP and its operations will cease to exist after the end of this month. Reasons for this sudden closure is due to various factors, specifically regarding weak server demand as well as a poor playerbase for our servers. We've estimated that if we were to continue our operations, we might incur further costs and such, and that such development as stated above might not produce the stated outcome that we desired.

IceSeasons and I are really truly sorry to say this, but we also have very little time and commitment in our hands right now to help manage the server and such. Accompanied with the lackluster demand along with the analysis of several other SG servers in SEA, we've concluded that this is for the best for IconicRP and its operations.

The Discord Chat, along with the Event Committee will still function, and IceSeasons and I will still ponder and talk to you guys like usual talk. But as of right now, all servers will cease to function from the 1st of March onwards.

Talks regarding creating a new server along with the community is still at its infancy, or at best, non-existent. We will probably discuss more about this and might bring this issue up again if such stated time and commitment is still avaliable for us.

The IconicRP administration thanks each and every one of you here for being a part of our great community to begin with. It has been a short 5 months, but we are thankful that you have continued to support our operations and such throughout this entire time.

Recent Update

Heyo, in light of recent events, some of our players are experiencing difficulties joining other GMod servers due to an authentication of Steam error from Valve. Our servers are slightly affected by this, although a decent amount of players won't be able to connect to our servers until this issue have been fixed. In the meantime, feel free to check the GMod Help Section (https://steamproxy.net/app/4000/discussions/1/?fp=2) right here for any latest updates with regards to this.

The Founders are currently busy developing new content and mechanisms for our players to ensure that DarkRP remains something fun and interesting for you guys to play. Player demand has been weak recently, but I can assure you that we have yet to give up on the server. :)

The staff administration, along with its Founders, would like to thank all of you for this journey we've had. It was fun, to be honest, and we are thankful for each and every one of ya! :)
