New viking DLC for warband. New lighting engine. Naval combat looks awesome. Multiplayer naval battles and coastal invasions sound awesome. Single player sounds totally revamped. I just pre-purchased.

I may get together a rag-tag group of guys for one last scrim against TGD, but after that clans will be pretty useless. Div2 seems to be doing fine, with SPQRL, NL and GoR being active and scrimming. Unless Div1 clans can get integrated into other clans' stuff, I doubt we have much of a future.

Most people seem to be very apathetic about the game, especially the serious stuff like scrims. I might help out the other clans to train and host games for them, and see where that goes.

True, but with an archer limit (and an archer of our own) that might not be such a huge issue. I would be welcome to try Field though, I don't believe it is available for the tournament.

I don't think Nord Town is a good idea at all. It is way too archer-friendly. Field by the river next scrim please. We've not tried that before I don't think.

That sucks. However, it would be unwise to look at it as an updated version of Mount and Blade. It'll be a different kettle of fish entirely and could be completely different combat-wise, but still be really good.

From what I've read, it looks like chivalry won't be having directional blocking, which is a bit of a black mark against it in my book.
