I've got quite a few things going on at the moment, so am unable to add some of the things i've mentioned elsewhere. Once I'm done with the main issues i will be devoting more time adding more interesting stuff.



addendum 7 years later........

I'm still really busy. I've finally closed a long standing legal battle with a builder that ripped me off for over £40 000 back in 2013 costing me over £30 000 in legal fees, but got a reasonable pay out though not enough to complete all of the work they left unfinished (partly because costs have risen significantly over the last nine years). But still got a lot of stuff stopping me devoting some time each week to this Steam group.

Also, still trying to devote most of my spare time to my crazy back log of un-played or barely played Steam games.

Since 2017, I stopped my stupid obsession with buying most releases as it was getting ridiculous, with hundreds of pounds worth of games being bought every month, most of which I still haven'y played. I didn't buy any other games until about 2 years ago, when I decided to only buy games that were on 75% or more discounts and only if I knew I'd play them withing several weeks of buying them.

That seems to have worked out well, with my average monthly bill being reduced significantly.

Most of the games I now get either come from gifts from my two grown up kids who buy me games for birthday, fathers day and Christmas as well as selling games from my inventory and buying the odd Humble Bundle.
